This safari truly visits some of Kenya’s undiscovered treasures. Elephant Bedroom Camp is small and intimate. Guided bush walks, boat excursions and game drives may lead to viewing of wildlife ranging from Aardvark to Zorilla. The exceptional service and massive tents of Tiplikwani Mara Camp will make it difficult for you to leave at the end of your safari. Here too, game viewing will fill your day and excellent cuisine will make each evening a delight.

It is estimated that the population of lesser flamingo in East Africa is nearly two million. These birds are generally found at lakes with high alkaline (soda) content because their diet is mainly on algae and shrimp found in these lakes. The pink pigmentation of their feathers is not from the shrimp as many say, but from bacteria in the algae.
